Webex conference for the Alumni Meeting

Our seniors Pavan Kumar and Rajesh (First Batch) have come up with a plan to enable webex conference through which people who are not in Chennai can view the proceedings that will happen in MS Audi this saturday.

How to join the online meeting?

1. Click on the link below (https://cisco.webex.com/cisco/j.php?J=209906272&PW=NZjE3MzQzN2Fm)
2. The loaded webpage will ask for some info, just fill it
3. Some meeting manager software will be loaded
4. You will be into the meeting
5. App will ask for phone number, just give you number with ISD code. Example an India mobile number 919XXXXXXXXX.
6. You can also choose to join just the audio conference (please see instructions below to join just the audio conference)
